Are you Licenced and Insured?

All our stunning fleet of 8 passenger Chrysler 300 and Dodge Charger limousines are licenced by our local council, Castle Point Borough Council in Essex. Our Operators Licence badge number is 069. This can be confirmed by checking on their website or telephone them directly. Our huge Grand Illusion Party Bus limousines are licenced by the Ministry of Transport Operators Licence. The licence number for this is PF45301. Again you can confirm this on the VOSA website. This means all our team of chauffeurs are professional trained, fully licenced, CRB checked and fully insured to carry passengers for Private Hire.
Don’t ever hire a limousine from a company that is not licenced. If you have an accident, their insurance will be void and the vehicle may not be UK (safe) compliant.

Can you cater for larger groups?
Our limousine fleet is so extensive that we are in the unusual position within the industry of being able to provide our clients with a complete fleet of 12 brand new limousines ranging from 8 passenger stretch Chrysler 300 and Dodge Charger Demon limousines through to 16 passenger Mercedes Grand Illusion Party Bus Limousines. What happens if my flight is delayed?
If you have hired a limousine to cater for your airport transfer needs you will be provided with a superior service which will give you peace of mind regarding flight delays. This is because our booking system allows us to monitor your return, enabling us to be precise with your return collection, and taking the worry away from any delays you may encounter.
How much experience do your drivers have?
1st Event has over 14 years as limousine operators and a staff of 15 chauffeurs and event planners. As a fully licenced Limousine Operator, we only employ experienced CRB checked, fully licenced, professional chauffeurs who can be relied upon for their punctuality, manners and discretion. Our client’s safety is of paramount importance to us and as such we always ensure that all of our limousines are fully UK registered IVA (8 passenger) and COIF (16 passenger) compliant. As part of our licence to operate, all our fleet is regularly inspected by our own on site engineer, with separate 10 weekly checks by an independent DVLA specialist and are fully insured to offer Private Hire services.
Can you help with VIP entrance into clubs?
Yes we can, only with our exclusive All Inclusive West End VIP Night Out. If you let us know the venue (from our approved list) at the point of sale we will ensure that your name appears on their VIP guest list as part of our all inclusive offer. You can then benefit from VIP access into clubs; no queuing and no paying entrance charges. We have no rights over door policy for any of the venues we offer. The management reserves the right to refuse entry without question. Each venue has a separate door policy. No sports wear, No trainers, No fancy dress without prior consent.
